Once you have viewed a property and found yourself a suitable home the next step is to secure it. You will be asked to pay a holding fee of £100 which will be deducted from your first month’s rent, plus a non refundable admin fee of £40 for one person, £60 for cohabiting partners or £100 for sharers. You will also be required to supply the following along with an application form:

·        Previous 3 years addresses and postcodes in the UK

·         Bank details

·        Occupation and salary with last 3 months payslips

·        Clean credit history

·         Proof of address being gas, electric, council tax or landline telephone bill

·         Proof of ID being passport, full driving licence or citizen card

·         Overseas applicants will be required to have a passport and Visa if applicable no less than six months from expiry
